Potatoes can be eaten as a side dish, but they can also be served with a salad. They are very healthy, and are perfect for dieters, as they are not made in oil bath. The necessary ingredients are 680 grams of new potatoes, 45 milliliters of oil, 3-5 cloves of garlic and fresh vegetables. In their case, you can use any combination you like to flavor the potatoes: rosemary, dill, parsley, oregano or thyme.
If you don’t have new potatoes, you can replace them with any other type, just make sure they are small in size. You will start by washing them well, then cut them into pieces about an inch thick. They will be placed in a bowl and mixed with the vegetables, oil and garlic. After they are completely covered with the mixture, they will be placed in the hot oil in a pan with half a glass of water. It is also good to use a large, tight pan. They will be left for 15-20 minutes at the right heat. To check if they are ready, you can pierce them with a fork. At the end the lid will be removed and they will be browned for another 8 minutes. If you like, you can add the parmesan and pieces of bacon at the end. From the ingredients mentioned you will get 6 servings.
