Until the vegetables are cooked, beat an egg well with salt and pepper. Then the tomato paste is prepared with salt, pepper and a teaspoon of sugar. When the vegetables are cooked, remove them from the pot and add the tomato paste on top. After this step, boil the soup for a few minutes.
