If you are a fan of soups and stews, this is the ideal diet. It is not very restrictive and does not produce deficiencies in the body.
How to make chicken soup
I said you can alternate chicken soup with chicken soup. The difference is borscht, which, if you choose the soup version, you will have to add at the end.
You need the following ingredients:
- A large chicken cut into pieces
- 2 tablespoons of olive oil
- 3-4 pieces of parsnips
- Half a large celery or two small pieces
- 4 carrots
- 2 large onions
- 4-5 cloves of garlic
- 2 bunches of parsley
- Salt and pepper (optionally you can also use the spices in the bag, although it would be preferable to limit yourself to salt and pepper only)
- Bors (optional, if you choose to make soup and not soup)
Bone the chicken and cut it into small pieces. Put to boil, over low heat, in 10 liters of water. Let it boil for about 15-20 minutes, during which, at regular intervals, collect the foam that forms above.

During this time, on another eye of the stove, put the vegetables to simmer. Add the olive oil to a large skillet, then onion, parsnip, celery, carrots, garlic – all finely chopped. Add pepper and salt and cook over medium heat for 15 minutes.
After 15 minutes, add the vegetables from the pan on top of the chicken soup. Boil everything for another 10 minutes over low heat. The chicken soup is ready.
If you opt for the soup, you must also add the borsch. While the vegetables are cooking, put 1 liter of borscht in another container and boil it. When you add the vegetables to the soup, add the borscht, then, as I said above, boil everything for another 10 minutes over low heat.
