If you use a pressure cooker, the soup will only take 45 minutes to prepare. When finished, depressurize the pan and allow it to cool for about 10 minutes. If you use a classic saucepan, the soup will have to be boiled over medium heat, and every half hour you will have to add 250 milliliters of hot water. Meat usually takes 2 hours to cook.

Put the garlic cloves and 100 milliliters of cold water in a blender. Add cream and fresh egg yolks to the resulting composition and mix for a few more seconds.
