Ingredients:

  • 400 g of lentils
  • 1 onion
  • 1 carrot
  • 2 pieces
  • parsley root
  • 0.5 tablespoons of vinegar
  • 1 green parsley
  • salt
  • Pepper
  • toast

Method of preparation:

Boil the lentils in water with salt and vinegar until they boil 2-3 times, then add the finely chopped carrot, onion and parsley. Boil them over low heat and cover them with a lid. After boiling all the ingredients, pass through a sieve often, then add salt and pepper and let it boil 2-3 more times. The creamy lentil soup is served hot with vegetables and croutons.
