Cooking chicken can be a trivial thing, but in order for the food to be tasty, it is necessary to take into account some methods of cutting, processing and cooking. It is important to monitor the process of thermal action, as this is a different cooking time for a certain part of the carcass.
How long you need to actually boil the meat depends on the age of the chicken
Therefore, it is better to cut the carcass immediately before cooking, since the meat of the adult bird rarely cooks evenly, and the cooking process consists of several stages:
First wash the bird, dry it and place it on the work surface with its back. A cut is made along the ridge line so that the knife rests on the bones. The wrap is then loaded around the bones. If you have reached the femur area, twist your legs, cutting the flesh at the attachment points. The additional leg cut is done by dividing the thighs into hips and legs. Then cut the skin of the chicken along with the meat on both sides of the breast, so that the knife reaches the thin bones. Then the wings are also cut off, capturing a small layer of the sternum. Trim the ends of the wings, but don’t discard them as they can be useful for soup.
Cooking time
It is usually recommended that chicken meat be boiled completely, without specifying the exact cooking time. But you have to keep in mind that a whole chicken cooks in an hour, 15-20 minutes to roast the fillets, and a chicken boils for three hours. The size of the chicken must also be considered, because in this case the cooking time will be varied. The state of the meat, frozen or fresh, is also important. If the bird’s carcass pierces easily and juices appear, it means that the meat can be safely eaten or used for other preparations.
Chicken soup ingredients
chicken meat – 300 g;
noodles – 150 g;
carrots – 1 pc.;
onion – 1 pc.;
bay leaves – 2 pcs.;
clean water – 2.5 l;
salt – 1.5 tsp.
Rinse the chicken fillet in cold water and put it in a saucepan on the stove. Remove the foam formed when the liquid boils. Place the vegetables in a preheated pan, salt, add the broth and cook together for 15 minutes until the carrots are soft. Add the cooked vegetables to the soup and add the noodles. There are 20 minutes left. It is then decorated with chopped parsley.
